    G. Not Pugnacious

Question:  Anyone know what this word means? It's not one we use very often in our modern    vocabulary.

 Greek: plektes = one who settles disputes with his fists, violent, a giver of blows, a brawler.
      -Not one who lashes out irrationally.
      -Not quick tempered and does not resort to violence.
      -Does not use physical violence to settle problems

    H. Gentle

 Greek: epiekes = to be considerate, gentle, forbearing, patient and gracious.
      -One who easily pardons human failure.
      -One with the ability and desire to remember good and forget evil.
       -Does not keep a record of wrong doing.
      -One who disciplines himself not to talk or even think about wrongs done against them because it serves no purpose.

    I. Uncontentious

 Greek: amachos = not quarrelsome, arrogant, overbearing, self-willed.
      -One who is a peacemaker
      -Key is Not Quarrelsome.

    J. Free from the love of money

 Greek: aphilarguros = comes from the two words for  love and silver
    -therefor someone who does not love money.

Question: What ought to be the Elder/leader's relationship with money?

       -Money as well as other possessions may not be so highly prized or sought after that they hinder in any way with serving the Lord.

Question: In what ways can this be abused in God's Church?
