The Church at Pergamos: “The heretical church”

(Rev. 2:12)            Greeting

Two possible means for the “two edged sword”

  3. …the doctrine of Balaam… (Numbers 22-25)  Balaam advised Balak, the Moabite how to destroy God’s people.  He told Balak to promote intermarriage with the Moabite women and Isrealite men.

    1. Change in behavior and thought
  2. Jesus called the church at Pergamos to get rid of the false teachers
